I thought the show tonight was live, but I don't think this is so. In today's papers it said Brenden's Dad passed away hours before Saturday's show but he still carried on, but got a flight straight after the show. Also the costume changes are far too quick. I think it carries on from Saturday's show and is broadcast tonight.

Well I won't lose any sleep over it, but was just wondering (:0 (
yes i know what you are saying den53 and i think you are right i think it carries on from saturdays show, what about anne whitticombe, what a waste of space, not even funny or am i being to cynical
Its not truly live anyway as the dance - supposedly rumba - with The Lady Chacacha (sorry cant remeber her proper name and it is late) finished it and then the camera changed and she ws in the front row there too!!!

I agree it was - and as far as I know, always has been - recorded last night just after the phone lines close on Saturday
I thought that too. Surely they wouldnt come back to the studio tonight to get dressed up, make up etc just for 1 hour.

I noticed when Flavia had finished her dance with the 3 male dancers, within a flash she was changed and standing back with her celebrity partner waiting for the results.

I did wonder if they put Brucie in a cupboard and just wheel him out for Saturday's show....................(:0 (
here is a question den 53 nothing to do with your thread on strictly, for which i apolgise in advance now that you mention brucie .why has he not been knighted?
Question Author
Not Sure Tanny, but someone should hit him with a sword........
could not agree with you more, hit him with the sharp edge about time to give the up and coming a chance quite like graham norton though even if he is a poof, dont like barroman something weird about him
I thought it was the worst kept secret that the results show wasn't on Sunday but followed the dancing on Saturday. When Dancing with the Stars is on in LA, Len and Bruno fly off on the Sunday to appear on the panel there. Also the very short window for voting on Saturday night - if the results really were on Sunday, the voting would be open all day Sunday to rake in more money from phone calls. It used to amuse me when watching the alleged Sunday results show to see who referred to 'tonight's' dancing by mistake. They are much better at it now and so far this series, I haven't heard anyone make that mistake.

I love Graham Norton - my neighbour's Mum walks her dogs in Victoria Park and often sees Graham walking his dogs. She said he is a really nice guy and always chats.
