diana was a holier than thou person who was also twofaced in my humble opinion

Sadly, I never had the chance to meet my mother-in-law either, as she passed away when my husband was just 15.

However, I have been told by many people that she was a very special kind lady, who would do anything for anyone & had my husband offered for me to wear her engagement ring, I would have.
"future king of england " what happened to britain ?
Not too much humble about your opinion, gina32.........

But why let any facts cloud your prejudice, eh ?
Question Author
yeah why should i lol
When asked, or completing forms, I always write English - 'cos I am!

England, Scotland, Ireland & Wales.......
Question Author
like everyone else, i only know what i read and then say my opinions on that,
I think the rink itself is a bit lairy.

I'd also worry that it was jinxed. It was the engagement ring from a failed marriage.
Question Author
sorry base my opinions
If it were me, I would say its an unlucky ring. I wish Kate the best of luck, marrying into that family, and the ring on top of it ? Oh no.
As for knocking Diana, I don't blame her looking elsewhere for love, 'specially when she 'knew' her husband was being unfaithful with Camilla .

I'm surprised Diana stayed around for so long - although I suspect it was because she loved her two sons & knew she may have a fight on her hands to keep them with her.

Similar to some other failed marriages....
Mind you, it isn't my type of ring - in fact I'm not much into jewellery.
Well as Camilla's engagement ring belonged to the QM (wasn't her engagement ring) it looks like Charles was a bit of a tight wad.......
well on this basis, if the marriage fails they can blame a cursed ring?

LOL!
Apart from W & K discussing the ring issue, I am sure that W would have asked his father if he was ok with it.

They showed PC on some tour with the Mayor Atlanta - going around his playtown, Poundbury. I thought he gave pretty short, almost dismissive, thrift on his response to his reaction to the engagement....Camilla, on the other hand, was evidently delighted...
Question Author
perhaps charlie was being unfaithful because she did first, we'll never know, she always said she knew he had feeling for camilla so why did she marry him, obviously wasnt that bothered
it is well known that she liked them huge.....Will Carling went to my old school and apparently had quite a reputation for dimensions and James Hewitt was once described "as being hung like a detergent bottle".....
I know, it's so silly sara!

The engagement ring that we chose together, is a Victorian single diamond, 22 carat ring. I have no idea who wore it before my husband bought it, but we've been married since Sep 1964....
gina do you have a twin who posts on here?
