I thinks most people have used software such as Photoshop to put crimbo hats on their original ones.

pips - save the one naz sent you to your hard drive, then go to Gravatar, log in like you did when you first got the duck, then click "add a new avatar" and it will let you upload the new one. Then click "check this avatar", come back on here and do F5, and in a few minutes your Christmassy duck will appear!

boxy, I`ve deleted my piccie as I can`t stand to look at it anymore, but perhaps you would guide me on how to put one of those I`ve downloaded from whiskrons link in place of the Jelly People.
