Which actor - that is the term used for actresses these days too - has given the best performance in film or tv when they are in their 80s or 90s (or older)? Not just now but previous years too.

At least, dotty, it wasn't GB (he must be getting on a bit by now).

And radio is an excellent choice DTcrosswordfan; I keep asking IMDB to include it in their listings. It's a movie site yet they have tv so why not radio?

Eli Wallach is 95 and still giving great performances (Wall Street sequel etc). I think he's up for a lifetime achievement award at the Oscars.

One can't imagine Wallace with a different voice, it's just such a natural combination.

Eli Wallach fitted in well with his part in The Ghost from last year.

GB has already been warned - has he taken out a restraining order?
