American or Canadian TV Series - Marshalls

I remember that last year on Sky at the same time roughly as they were showing Painkiller Jane and I think Human Target started:
There was a series on about US or Canadian Marshalls..very much like a cop show. They might have been cops and marshalls had nothing to do with it. I just remember that they had an office, in this office was their bosses office, and the story was about this female marshall/cop. There was another woman, which might have been a secretary style person, but she never went out in the field. There was also another male marshall/cop The female marshall is having problems with her live in boyfriend, and I think they split.
