no telephone number...so how cani get onto ebay

i was trying to register and it said put in telephone number, i havent got one, i use internet via the libuary

Just put anything in then for the phone number....

lindsey- yes you can, i know it;s set up with the area code section etc but I used a mobile when i did mine as i don't have a landline

Hi..you need a fone to verify your identity...any fone...they ring you and say.."this is ebay calling..if you are xpecting this call press 1....your verification number is blah bla blah blah...then type it in...borrow some ones fone for 30 seconds..thats it.,,,Then next time they ask to call you there is then a link which says..use my email for verification...

If I remember correctly Paypal will want a landline number to verify your account, they wont accept mobiles - ebay I think will
