I am under the impression that 'travellers' have large families. We have five kids and we went on a caravan holiday last year (with an awning) and a fortnight was enough for us - how seven people live in a caravan for any longer than that is beyond me.

Sherrard, Years back my mam, dad and brother went with my aunt, uncle and cousin to their holiday home for a weekend...Will never forget it..Jebus...I could not wait to get home!!We were all nearly killing each other

If you wanted to keep your wedding dress it would take up about a third of the caravan/trailer thing.

Think it was in last weeks episode where they showed a young girl who had to leave school cause her older sister was just married and they needed someone to clean the caravan..She was shown trying to put the dress and under dress away into bags, think she said, "How am I supposed to fit this into bags"

The Dressmaker looked a bit rough tonight - perhaps all that sucking up to the gypsies and keeping stum has gradually wore her down.........she looked as rough as those dresses (:o (

Den, I'd imagine she was peed off having to pay for flights to Northern Ireland and accomodation too, to then be told the wedding would not be on when they had actually told her it would be.
She would of been bringing the wedding dress with her(?), jesus hope she wasn't flying with Ryanair, they would have screwed her over royally for the extra weight of the dress haha

Suezy - I don't think she is a woman to be messed with - she talks all sweet to them gypsy girl brides - saying how pretty they look and sits at wedding receptions, holding fire extinquishers in case the dress catches fire, but I bet she could punch your lights out if you cross her (:0 (

I have to admit I found myself getting a bit peed off watching it tonight and last week.
That man last week saying they don't discuss money openly(whilst at the furniture place) yet flaunt their wealth to extremes re weddings, surely they know people are gonna watch and wonder where the money is coming from..Which makes me wonder why so many of the husbands did not want to be filmed as they feared it would interfere with their "business" ...What business??
Bloomin great business funding these extravagant weddings eh??

I think those brides all look as miserable as sin. The blonde girl tonight having a last dance with her bridesmaid/best friend, because now she is a slave - oops, sorry married lady, she will not be seeing much of her friend, how sad.

I agree, Suezy, there is only so much crap you can swallow in watching this programme, and I think we have all had our fill of it. ha haha

I agree about the girls looking miserable, That girl last week who had the job in a hotel or some place and had to give it up because she was getting married, I really felt for her, she didn't want to quit working but knew she had to as it is deemed disrespectful for the woman to work because quite literally thats the mans "job".
