You never see them eating meals.....what sort of diet are they on???

theyve lost so much in just 7 weeks ... do you really think they can keep it off once theyre back home, and back to their familiar daily lifestyle?... hats off to them if they do...
theyve been pushed soo hard, working out rigorously 4 times a day, every day! .. thats alot isnt it!.. more than any person would do on their owns at home i think...
so, once theyre back home, i hope they continue to do well.. they deserve it ..

There's a guy who owns a deli in York has lost about 11 stone and looks fantastic. However he admitted he couldn't do it by himself so paid for a personal trainer at the local David Lloyd centre

He actually looked very healthy (some look gaunt). Must be very difficult 'cos his deli is yummy.

yeah i bet craft ... thered be too many temptations around working in such a place wouldnt there.. lol.

the exercising mustve helped him loads, rather than just cutting down on food, thats why hes looking so fit and healthy.
how long did it take him craft, do you know?
