Who else thinks that the worst viewing nights on TV are Saturday, Sunday & Wednesday?

Why don't they put shows such as The Chase & The Weakest Link during peak viewing times, at the week-end?

Both these quiz shows make for good family viewing, but are put on around 5.00pm teatime, weekdays.

Absolutely, I'd love The Chase to be on later as I've missed most / all of it by the time I get home from work.
Unfortunately a lot of people seem to like the various 'talent' shows which seem to take up all the programming at weekends.
I did like The Cube on a weekend though, and I watch a lot pof sport so that gets me through.
Yes I agree.
I'd add Thursday to your list, AOG. I do wonder whether the money spent on the licence fee and the Sky sub is getting me anything at all. Except that I'd be lost without the golf and cricket coverage and the occasional new episodes of Midsomer Murders......
i agree with you about those nights viewings, but not your suggestions for rescuing it.

there are loads of interesting bits and pieces on at all times of day and night, i collect them on my v+ during the week, to watch back at those dire times. that way i can watch what i want to and when.
