Why on earth do celebrities have their faces botoxed...

At the moment I'm watching Cash in the Attic, Shirley Ann Field looks quite strange her mouth looks odd too. I've seen quite a few actresses lately whose faces have been ironed out and they are almost unrecognisable.

Horrible isn't it. I have yet to see anyone who looks better with cosmetic enhancement, unless of course it is for reasons of correcting deformaties or helping people with burns, etc.

It certainly was Shirley Ann Field, her mouth went one way and her nose the other. lol. A few weeks ago I saw a photo of Roger Moore. He looked horrendous too, one of his eyes has shifted upwards a few degrees and the other looked the other way. This evening I saw Trinny Woodall on the book show with Ann Robinson, her lips were like a couple of pillows.
Actually I think they do it to avoid getting ripped to shreds in the papers/mags for looking fat, wrinkly, old or plain ugly. Paparazzi are always out to catch someone off guard, unmade up, doing the shopping looking like the wrath of God etc. Can't really blame them (celebrities). Botox undoubtedly makes a face look smooth if you just look at it in a mirror without moving.
