I find it hard to believe that anyone that posh-sounding can talk at all - there must be a danger that when his mouth opens, his sphincter muscles will tighten just a little too far, and with a loud twang, one will vanish inside the other.
It was intended to be light-hearted - if my humour was lost in the translation of print without the benefit of speech inlfection and facial expression, then my apologies, I did not intend to upset you.
I do think you have to agree, that his accent could only be decrtibed as 'posh' - but that is certainly not a bad thing.

He plays music I haven't heard for years, brings back memories. Gives good information about songs, particularly the risque old ones. I don't like all the music but it makes a nice change from the usual playlists.
