I have mixed feelings regarding Chris. He replaced Russ 'n' Jono on Virgin back in the 90's and they undoubtedly had the best breakfast show ever. That was the first step on the slippery slope for 1215. I only endure Evans in the morning because the alternative on Radio 1 or the commercial stations is like having a rusty screwdriver jabbed into my ear, with songs recorded by very angry men singing about 'bitch-slapping their ho' whatever that means. But it sounds rather unpleasant.

The alternative to Radio 2 in the morning is as you say te dire Chris Moyles or Radio 3 (too heavy) Radio 4 (too much talking) or commercial stations (repeated adverts). All in all I prefer Chris - not the Madeley or the Feltz!
