Anyone else getting fed up with this station? More and more advert time, imbecilic subjects and presenters (Adrian Durham, Darren Gough, Mickey Quinn to name just three), and where is the intelligent discussion?

Hawksby and Jacobs are funny.
I listen to the station a lot during the football season but I think they struggle to find material in the summer

Darren Gough is one of the better presenters in my opinion. But to be honest, if you have a commercial radio station whose remit is talking about sport, you are probably not going to get top quality radio :-)

Darren Gough one of the better presenters?? He is the ultimate example of what is wrong with the station! Thick, idiotic and can't even speak English properly. Really can't listen to their show at 4pm. Radio for Sun and Star readers. Agree that Hawksbee and Jacobs are good, though.

Gave up on it years ago. It's like being stuck in a pub with a bunch of thick, uniformed and self obsessed meatheads.

I listened to it from the day it started as Talk Radio - back then it truly had something for everyone. Sadly nowadays not only have the best presenters gone but the fact they have to discuss sport even when nothing much is happening has dulled it totally for me.

We used to listen to ths a lot when it was plain Talk Radio, there were lots of interesting conversations. We stopped listening completely when it became Talksport, and then listened to LBC. Unfortunately LBC was dropped from the South Yorkshire multiplex at the end of last year (I live in Barnsley) and can only be heard up here on an Internet radio or on a PC.

Same as smoney, I've not listened to it for about 10 years, it was going down hill then so lord knows what it's like now. It's 5 live for me now and even that gets on my wick sometimes.
