I can't abide her!

She is sliding into the sort of unearthly speech patterns that Wogan and Young used do to, and obviously someone has told her that she has an attractive laugh, because she does that without provocation.

Haven't heard her radio show, but she was always bubbley anyway. I imagine she would be a great host.

She's as entertaining and funny as her father Jimmy and he was neither.

I find her a bit of an irritant and her play list is far too middle of the road for me.
Check out Cheyrs Matthews on R6 music on Sunday morning for some decent chat and guests and great music.

I've liked Lisa since the days of Watching, the tv show from the 80's. I don't make a point of listening to her radio show, but whenever I've heard it, I've enjoyed it.

Thanks for the recommendation, melv16, I have just put the New Year's Day show on and can see the upcoming tracks which look interesting. I have never considered Radio 6 and don't really know why.
