For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.cant say ive heard it that often but i suspect its something that 'Del' used to say to 'Rodney' off only Fools and Horses in a way that he thinks hes speaking 'French'?? Like: "Mangetout, Rodney, mangetout!" Meaning "Of course Rodney, Of course!" this is probably not the reason ..........but its the only one i can think of!?
