Pictures from Heaven

Were you listening to the radio in March 1956 when it was announced that BBC TV were going to show a special program of pictures captured by Harold Reeves on his Pye TV? Pictures shown consisted of heads and shoulders of dead people, followed by a group of experts discussing the program.

If I keep re-posting this every few months or so I know I`ll eventually hear something from somebody.

This really did happen and it may have been the first time but certainly not the last.

Widening the net a bit further, perhaps your parents or grandparents or somebody remembers a family story handed down that everybody scoffs at?
