A friend has written to Classic FM, several times, but has never had a reply to his question, "What is the distortion that I hear, occasionally, on 'Midnight Classics',"
I've listened to the programme and did hear something that sounded vaguely like distortion, but I think maybe someone whispering. However, why anyone would be whispering something, and what that could possibly be, is beyond my comprehension.
Has anyone out there got any ideas?
