Well I'm glad he has been "asked to leave" (JD that is..tonight) . My 78 year old mother is far more open minded than he is (mind you...she is far more open minded than a lot!) & he really can't use his age as an excuse for being a bigot.The guy made his fortune in the entertainment business in the early 80's & you can't tell me he hasn't seen/done it all.
I do think at times that PC-ness does go a bit far at times- but the fact he wanted sympathy because noone sticks up for him being a bully is really going too far.I think he prolly watched lots of "Grumpy Old Men" on tv before going in...then put his own unfortunate spin on it.

I also think the whole PC thing has gone too far , but when it comes to hurting people's feelings I don't think it is anything to do with PC . It is just unkind. What JD was doing was just bullying.
