Personally I think Sir Alan made a big mistake with his sacking decision last night.

What are your thoughts on this?

Unfortunately, Simon tried to take everything on by himself and was a poor manager. Sure, he was a nice guy but nice guys don't win these things.
I thought he was going to fire that bolshy woman,
And, no he fired the right guy,
Simon couldn't lead a piece of string that was tied around his waist and he was pulling with all his might.
I think he made the right decision, whilst I think Simon is a top guy I dont think he would cut the mustard against the others. This is mainly due to the fact that he appears to be a genuinely nice, honest and honourable man unlike the rest of the twofaced, lying, back stabbing, egomanicial t0ssers who would probably sell their granny to get ahead.

That said, I would have loved it if Sir Alan had chucked Claire out for good instead of sending her back to the house. Is she in the running to be this years Katie Hopkins along with that other harpie Helena?
I'm a bit disappointed with Raef now. He seems to have withdrawn to the background since he was made project manager. The only thing I saw him do last night was to print a mug upside down.
Correct decision. Shame it was on the same line up as the awfull woman and slippery Alex.
What it does show is how the British Army gets most things right. Simon would be the man to have at your back in almost any imaginable nasty situation. But he would not be the right man to be making the decisions of strategic importance.
I felt Sralan really wanted him to succeed, but with such weak and lame support he was on a loser from the start even with that useless woman who cannot seem to be able to do anything on the other team.
unfortunately SquareBear that is the editor for you. Raef didnt show much cos he probably didnt do anything that surpassed the emotion of Simon and the backstabbing of Claire and Alex or even that dappy Lucinda and her inability to use a computer. Frankly she must be an idiot if she believes that Sir Alan would give a job to a technology retard as he is firmly in the technology is good mindset.

I would have liked to see the Matt Lucas lookalike more involved as I thought he was hilarious in his stupidity last week but then the producers of the show want to showcase everyone at some point I guess.
