Strange Pixie

I like watching Embarassing Bodies, but wondered if anyone else has noticed Dr. Pixie's strange facial expressions when patients are explaining their ailments? She screws her face up, almost as if she's disgusted by what they are telling her. I'm sure she doesn't realise, but it seems quite rude.
