Whilst I agree that this match was staged for a worthy cause, should charity not begin at home?!

Also, if a lot of the equipment, medicines, etc for the children abroad costs so little, then why do the wealthy governments of those countries not pay for them?!

I agree with both your points surreyguy.

I guess its because the wealthy governments are too busy creaming off the fat to worry about the poor people at the other end of the food chain.
Can we not help out both such as buying the equipment etc from British companies and then sending them out
