Does anyone remember the name of the children's prog. which featured Weatherspoon an old gardener and inventor? The characters were puppets I think and there was a King and Queen and a dragon. The Queen was past the first flush of youth and had a very quavery voice. I thought at first it was Noggin the Nog but I've just looked on Youtube and that's not it.
