Is it just me, or is Channel 4 showing any film, even a comedy, about terrorism this close to 9/11 showing a crassness beyond belief?

No. Won't be either.
I never even thought about that =s I've wanted to see the film for a while though.. I love Kayvan Novak.. he's brilliant lol x
Then your question has not basis. If you cared to even look at a description of the film you will see it essentially shows a group of young asian men making a complete hash job of attempting to be terrorists.

I don't think it's crass at all.
To be honest I wouldn't have expected anything less from Channel 4 as the anniversary approaches, however.....

The film is brilliant! Haven't laughed so much in ages.
I watched it few months back, and thought it rubbish.
Brilliantly scripted with a few poignant moments, IMHO. Funniest thing I've seen in ages.
Sorry, everything in its place and unless of course you have some personal reason for saying this, I think you're being a bit pompous.
It's a brilliant film and Chris Morris is a highly original comedic genius IMO.
No it's just you.

It's a week before the anniversary for goodness sake how much of a blackout do you want?
Well I enjoyed it last night, thought it was the funniest film I've seen in a long time. As for the timing, perhaps a little inappropriate but that's Channel 4 for you.
Blast! Have I missed it?
Yes, but I'm sure it will be repeated.
