Heineken Ad

Can anyone tell me who's singing on the new Heineken ad, it's driving me mad! I've been seeing it for weeks at the cinema, but I don't think its been on TV much.

Its the one where the guy goes into a reception, kisses the hands of the ladies, salutes the general, pretends to shoot the fat guy, grabs a bottle, does a bit of "karate" with the japanese guy, changes into a white jacket etc.
