Did anyone happen to watch the Australian series 'The Slap' last night on BBC4?
In my opinion it was dreadful with drugs, sex, infidelity etc being the main theme. Agree?

I tried to but found it boring. Mind you, not a lover of whiney australian accents, so it was on a loser to start with.

I enjoyed it! Looking forward to see what happens. I think each episode is from a different persons point of view.... anyone read the book?

I recorded and watched it, bit slow to start but enjoyed most of it. I look forward to the rest of the episodes though not sure how they will go...different characters' stories maybe? Not read the book myself, would be nice to hear if the tv drama is anything like the book though.
