He can`t - he`s Freddie Foreman`s son! Probably the most authentic Eastender in the show. I`d like to see the back of some of the younger characters though - especially that silly Kim character.

Freddie Foreman was a notorious ganger in the 60s and was pally with the Krays. Jamie Foreman (Derek) is his son.

I'm not fussed either way. I love EE but I'm finding it a bit confusing at the moment. Too much going on and I keep missing vital bits when I'm on the phone.

I do watch Eastenders myself but I feel the storylines at the moment are too violent for the 7.30 slot, something like that should really be on after 9pm.
If I had children living with me I wouldn't have it on.

I also find it a bit confusing at the moment, Keep Kim in, she is a laugh. That Derek, I mean if that was my brother, I'd put him in his place sharpish.

Love him or hate him Derek is a brilliant actor. If actors, like artists can evoke an emotion, good or bad, he has done his job well. Phil used to annoy me more with his continual huffing and puffing.

I agree with johnny, he's horribly good. Kim has grown on me...worst character for me is Denise, I've never liked her.

Bianca makes me laugh, I still haven't stopped laughing about her telling Morgan that Barack Obama was his dad :)
