You can understand it though, he's a very old fashioned gentleman and I
should imagine deeply embarrassed if anyone at the surgery were to find out.

Yes I agree cupid. I guess the story has to go on for quite a time because that's what would happen in real life. It can be hidden for years.

I think Kevin will confront him all week. When Heston blows (like Etna) Kevin will then turn to Marina or get in touch with Ian. Hopefully this week will be the end of the saga.

As Chrissa says, tho, in real life it can go on for many a year.
