I'm just going to swear ..stand well back .....
Ef***g weather .Belting it down at around 4.30 am and woke me up .It's still belting down on and off and blowing a gale .Not too warm either .
Grrrr, I'm so sick of it .
Oooh I've had some of that Neti .I sympathise with your friend .
Tell her to put a plastic cover under the sheets just in case.
Are you still feeling ropey Lofty ? I'm still bunged up little or much .But at least one end is a bit more bunged up now :)

The big yellow ball has just put in appearance here Robinia .Looks as if the evening is going to crown the day .
But in the meantime I've managed to cut into my thumbnail about halfway down whilst chopping an onion ..ouch ..and I dare not pull it or cut it off because it'll bleed .....oooooh ...

Robi, those foxgloves are beautiful. Mine are in bud but not in flower yet but they spent the whole of last year in a seed tray and I only got around to planting them out about a month ago.
We have had a sunny breezy day here, quite pleasant. I have pottered and my puffy paw is almost normal again. Operations paused now till the storage boxes get here on tuesday.

Oh lovely Robinia ..I've got a few foxies popping up here and there but they seem to .."vant to be alone " not in nice clumps like you have !

Yes they're lovely and pop up for free. I leave some to go to seed and shake them where ever there's a space. I've got an abundance of canterbury bells too but the stupid weather's made a lot of them sprawl.

Everythings sprawling here .I've got lots of lovely hardy geraniums and they look so sad and droopy out there today .

okay, England were defeated in the usual fashion. Apparently neither team was likely to be more than a speed bump on Germany's route to triumph anyway.

I am off in the morning to have some more fence posts banged into my jaw, so I will probably see you later over the Milupa.

Lol ..Jno ..the flag is still in place on the mantelpiece .Mr.S watches it all and reckons I'm very unpatriotic :)
I couldn't care less actually ..but I do care about the phone bill and the bloomin' chart that he seems to mislay on a daily basis.
I hope the Germans win if only for a bit of peace and quiet !
