OK, all you "It was Frank's mum" brigade... Consider this.. Frank has been dead for two weeks now, so how come we've seen hide nor hair of Jenny Sumner since his death? Do you people have a short memory? After conning Carla out of her share of the factory, Frank's intention was to drive off into the sunset with Jenny and leave the factory workers high and dry. But before that happened, Frank was murdered, and suddenly Jenny is nowhere to be seen. She hasn't even popped up as a "concerned friend", doesn't that strike you as odd?
And Mike, when I say Jenny might have been hiding in the factory... Maybe she saw Carla going into the factory and snuck in behind her to find out why she was going there. If that was the case I'm sure we'll find out the reason why when she's finally arrested. I think the "Jenny storyline" is a lot more feasible than the "It was Frank's mother" one. And what would the motive be for Frank's mum being the murderer? I haven't once heard any of you give a good enough reason why it would be her. Please don't say "He was nasty to her" or "She blamed Frank for the death of his Dad" I'm sorry but if that's the best the corrie writers can come up with, then that would have to be one of the worst motives in the history of soap murderers! I believe the writers want the viewers to think it was the mother and it seems to be having the desired effect on a lot of you, but I think you're all in for a rude awakening when the truth finally surfaces. I wonder how many of ones who are cocksure the mother did it will be so quick to hold up their hands and admit they were wrong? Not many, I'll bet!
