Has the change over happened ? I cant get BBC1/2/ITV etc but the freeviews are ok.

the first stage is happening depending on where you are based. You will need to retune your tv to get all the channels back.

I have Freeview and have re-tuned and got all channels but a friend on the other side of the town still cant get BBC1 AND 2 with Freeview

We had the changeover some time back. Had to retune several times over the course of two months, whilst they kept on working on the TV masts.

A re-tune should rectify your issues.

What make and model TV do you have. I will see if i can find the manual link so you can download and print it off.

TV is Phillips & Sony Freeview. Maybe if I pull the plug will it go automatic ?

if you've got a Menu button on your remote press that and see what options appear. You're looking for install or find tv channels. That should do the trick

PS we didn't have to use the manual last time, our retuning was all done on one of the buttons on the TV remote.

Set up
Installation
Channels
Channel tune
Auto tune

Then come back and we'll see if we can retune it with you.
