Pointless Question's
In a survey by 100 people they say but has anybody ever taken part in a survey.
Yesterday there was a round on currency and somebody answered the "dollar" . The answer given was that only 54% knew the dollar was a currency. Others on there were Rouble 6%, Yen25%, Zloty, 2%. Rand 9%, Yen 25%. Surely this cannot be true . Cannot believe that only 54% knew the dollar was a currency let alone the other ones!

The percentages of all selected answers then add up to 100. If that's the case I'm surprised the dollar accounted for more than around 25% of responses.
I don't think the figures mean only 54% of people could think of a dollar.
