When somebody has dealt and accepted the money and Noel says the player and the banker must play honestly after that. What is the point except fill the programme time up. Yet Noel gets so excited and the audience clap and cheer yet it does not matter a hill of beans whatever happens as the game is finished.

I think that bit is a waste of time , because you cannot say that's how you would definitely have played , had you not accepted the offer

Deal or No Deal is more pointless than Pointless. Cannot stand it.

I suppose it is to let the player see that he would not have won a big sum anyway by taking the deal. But does not always work out that way.
