I have always been a fan of the 70s Dutch group Focus. When I first heard a track on their Moving Waves album, I was convinced I'd heard it before as background (or possibly theme) to a TV programme. The track is called 'Tommy', and is an instrumental. Any ideas?

Don't know the answer sorry
I used to like Hocus Pocus by Focus.
Now I have listened to a small snippet of it, I know what you mean, but I think it was something else, perhaps by Thin Lizzy, give me a minute to have a think.
Can't remember "Tommy" as TV theme music.
"House of the King" was the theme to "Don't ask me"
Sorry, don't recognise it at all. This was always my favourite of theirs.

For a few seconds part of it reminded me of something -Bergerac? And Gary Moore's Parisian Walkways
The Inspector Lynley Mysteries?
