2 episodes shown on BBC4 last night. I'm already hooked and the Saga Noren character is brilliant.

I'd like to watch The Tunnel but can't find it. I've searched On Demand and Netflix with no luck. Anyone know where I can find it?

The tunnel is available on Sky Atlantic but only as an on demand download. I found it dragged a bit.

Cheers Zacs. No wonder I couldn't find it, VM doesn't get Sky Atlantic :o(

I'll get it downloaded.
There is an american version of it too, set on the US/Mexican border. Not seen it though.

The Bridge Swe/Den is excellent, and S02 is looking good as well.
From what I heard tiggs, it's more or less exactly the same story so I've completely avoided it, let me know if it's worth a punt.

I heard about the US/Mexican version, LG, I'll look out for that too.

I'm a bit sad like that CD. I watched both versions of girl with dragon tattoo but that was because more details seem to register in my head the second time round (the one without the need for subs).
Actually I have seen the trilology of that film in Swedish as well as the English version of Girl with Dragon Tattoo (prefer the Swedish version); plus I have The Ring films in both Japanese and English as well as having watched The Grudge in English and Japanese too... so I do get where you're coming from ;o)
Tigger, don't bother with The Tunnel, try to get hold of The Bridge (1) if you can, it's far superior to the British/French version. As China said, it's exactly the same storyline.
Question Author
I watched the original Danish/Swedish one on On Demand, Rocky and was hooked.

I'd still like to see the British/French version even though from what I've read its not in the same league as the original. Like I said, I'm a bit sad like that :o)
Tiggs: there's also a Welsh version you might be interested in: a quadrupedal, ruminant mammal is found lying halfway across the Severn Bridge: its called 'The Baaaa'.
