Lol Baldric. And yes his beard looks silly dyed like that, noticed it's tarted off being gradually done now it's complete and IMO looks ridiculous, should have left it natural I think.

A programme I've never watched but heard someone on radio saying they had to sign something if they went on his programme, so I guessed it was to not let on!

I'd swap my legs for his, although I'd need a good razor. I don't watch anything that he is on so don't know about the beard. Must look out for it.

I understand from someone who has met him that NE is an thoroughly good chap, and I have no reason to doubt their word however, on the subject of beards, some people suit them, and some don't. NE comes into the latter category, IMO.
