Rhodesian Ridgeback doesn't want to eat

Rhodesian Ridgeback, 2 yrs old. Blood test = OK, runs 1/4 mile OK. Had very healthy appetite until 1 1/2 weeks ago. Now does not want to eat dry or can food, but will eat can food if fed by
hand. Drinks very little water. I have 2 different brands of dry and can food out for her. Does not play with toys anymore. Eats some grass and vomits. What can be wrong with her??? Seeing Vet Monday again for X-rays. Thank you. [email protected]
