Haven't seen many comments yet. Have to say I got a bit confused to start with, but as it went on it got better. Peter Capaldi is definitely going to be different to the others.

Yes i saw it and thought it took a while to warm up. Different to recent ones maybe. More the mysterious stranger type, as the doc used to be, maybe.

It felt like an hour squeezed into two hours.....or how ever long it was....

I didn't think it was any mor scary than in the 70's, I did think the scenery wobbled more though. The whole thing felt cheap and wobbly to me, not sure if was meant to be ironic or not:-(
