I remember watching a kids TV drama about 1975/76 where a warning was given before the opening titles. I think a tree fell on a child and was reported as upsetting scenes. Scared me then - but title please ???

The Children of The Stones (1977) was thought pretty scary but I don't remember a tree falling on a child

No very vague memories. Someone else mentioned "The Changes" but having looked on You Tube, I don't think so. I will check out The Children of the Stones, thank you.
