Christmas break, we had double Nigella.

Maybe not a break as such, just checked and it's on next week - 8.30 or so my RT tells me.

Actually, I did watch Nigella for a while, albeit with the sound turned off ( I had an incoming, rather boring long distance call )

What I was amazed about is how she does all that, without getting messy at all......in her situation, my kitchen would look like the a bomb had gone off, as it does now ( after making a cake)

But hers looks as if the decorators have just left.

Nigella has to be the most irritating so-called cook on TV - can't stand the woman.

Things are planned / practised - spoons / pots/ pans etc laid out for maximum ease .

Any mishaps etc is going to be left on the cutting room floor

Beeb 4 has Xmas old buggas 2015 - which is quite fun
I was reserve for my college 2014 - where a team of non entities (Trinity Hall) comprehensively caned the great and good
Balliol - lord thingey( lib dem lordy) and the gel who presents "world at one" looking particularly brassed off and pouting in disappointment. Authoress Phillipa Gregory [the white queen] didnt look that impressed by being bested by author Adam Mars Jones [ the dark knight ]

Precisely - nauseating. And her b***** larder looks like a mini Jarrods food hall, which is probably where she bought it all. BBC - get real and have cookery progs for real cooks.
