Hi is there a printable list of freeview channels that I print for an elderly neighbour of mine.

Freeview produces one but
(a) they hide it on the website ; and
(b) if you download it directly it's likely to open in a web page, making printing difficult. (You'll find that one sheet of the pdf document will spread itself over two or more sheets of paper, for example).

So I've managed to access it as a true pdf for you and then uploaded it to here:

Click on that link to download the file.
Save it to any convenient location on your computer (such as 'Documents')
Double-click on it to open it in your default pdf viewer (such as Adobe Reader or Foxit)
Print pages 4, 5 and 6 only, ensuring that you've selected landscape format in your printer's settings.
