I dont get a lot of ppl comming to visit ..mainly cus Im really quiet and I like being alone , and tonight My sones friends mom popped over , cus she just wanted a chat and to get out the house .
well ..BB was on the TV ...My son did warn her and told her ..heh my mom is a BB addict she will hunt ya .
After 40 mins I did just that , I asked her to leave ..lol
I said ..im so sorry ..but I need to take my daughter to bed and she has a trip tomorrow ...I need to go lay down with her and read her a story ..!!! My daughters 9 ...and was like ..huh???

so I got rid ..

You aren't bad - I would have made an excuse too. I have Sky+ so I always record it but it's not the same if you don't see it live. I was a way as a worker with my school's residential and missed Sezer's eviction - it wasn't the same watching the repeat. My mate Jillian' s son texted her Sezer's out so we were all celbrating - the kids din't know why we were so happy.

Mezer - what is tivo - I hear Simon Cowell mention it on American Idol - is it only available stateside and is it like Sky+ here

sky bought tivo out in the UK and made sky plus where as in the states it's a stand alone unit still,digital video recoder and much more besides http://www.tivo.com/0.0.asp :o)

I kept telling my hubby "Shhh!" as soon as the adverts were over! Only thing was it was me talking thru the adverts! Poor bloke had hardly said 2 words all night!

I wouldnt feel bad... I had my mate on the phone so I put on the subtitles, but even that didnt work as I still completely blanked my mate as I was trying to concerntrate <sp> on the subtitles!!
