But is this all getting a bit predictable now, who is going through, and who is not. There was a good looking pretty good sounding boyband on tonight, as soon as you saw them you know they were going through, and yet they had to make it look as though it was by the skin of thier teeth they scraped through, I've heard, and please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, that only a select few out of the many thousands that apply actually get to see Simon, Louis and Sharon and that's only if they are very good, or very bad, and everyone is vetted before hand to see what critera they fit into....This is just one big cash cowell, sorry cow for the makers, and i'm sure that the winning act is known well before the final show is broadcast..rant over, lol

I'm so glad i'm not the only one, i'm trying to convince the wife that this a load of tosh(where does that expression come from).. I am the first to agree that some off the acts that get shown are hillarious, but some off them must have another agenda, as in appearing on other shows, Breakfast T.V and daytime talkshows...maybe i should have a try out next year, a singing Fireman, sorry Firefighter, there has to be some, selling point in that lol
yeah, a friend of mine went and he never got to audition in front of Simon, Louis and Sharon.
I do like watching the auditions because I laugh my head off but you're right it is getting very predictable. I've also noticed the way they build up stories for all the ones going through so you get a feeling about them where as the ones not going through are just brief stuff and they're always there saying how they think they're going to be the next big thing.

Yes a friend of mine went to X Factor he had two auditions with the show's producers and that was as far as he got. Agree with you Si, I like the show but I treat it for what it is and do not put any faith in it. I thought Hari was very poor on Saturday, she kinda assumed that she would be put thru and gave a very lacklustre performance (as did Eskimo Blonde) one which Simon appeared not to notice. Get your money on Jonathan - as seen in week 1 - as soon the odds are offered :-)
Anyone else recognise that Kate Thornton hardly appeared in the show on Saturday?
