Jack Dee's joke

I was watching Mr Dee on Johnathon Ross last night, he was telling a joke about a funeral but I missed the punchline. It would have been hilarious! Did anyone catch it??

Not really a joke, more of an anecdote (about his own problem of saying inappropriate things).
After the coffin was lowered into the ground, everyone stood around paying their respects, for what seemed to Jack to be too long. In effort to move things along, as a kind of final comment uttered the word "Good", at which of course all the mourners looked at him in disgust. (It was funnier when spoken, I promise!)
