Can anyone tell me what the song is that is playing in Hollyoaks at the end of Monday's episode (shown on Friday on E4) when Warren is talking to Clare?

I think the lyrics are something like.... "movin moving......."

This song was also on the advert for Extreme Celebrity Makeovers on Living TV a month or so ago.
