Old ITV Programme

Can anyone help as this is driving me mad, can anyone remember the name of an old ITV programme in the early 90's where there was a lady who was a ghost that lived in a house, if i remember rightly it was a comedy? and people lived in the house with the ghost, she was an elderly lady????

So Haunt Me, and it was on BBC1, not ITV. There were three series, one each in 1992, 1993 and 1994, plus - somewhat bewilderingly - a christmas special.

This programme used to get asked about a lot on here - clearly one of those odd ones that stick in the mind for some reason!
