Missed most episodes of Hollyoaks over the Christmas period, can someone tell me what happened between Clare and Max, is he Dead?

Max isn't dead, but he was in hospital for a bit, now he's back home. Claire was arrest after her plan to get Max in the lake. OB found him and saved him. Max and OB made up for Tom's sake.

... Im betting that by the time you read this, you'll have already watched tonights episode! Oh well! Lol!
