Have been watching this since the start and at the beginning thought............ ah bless, how nice blah blah and then someone on here pointed out ... ' do these people have a clue what might be coming their way - so they act all nice etc,,'
now i am very sceptical about it all, tonight all the 'poor people' seemed to mention money in one context or another?? and the lady with money seemed to be struggling to find worthy contenders for the big fat cheque? maybe its just me, but if someone turned up in our street with a camera crew in tow, well you'd be more inclined to be pleasant than horrible?
or maybe its just cos i go out in the morning with my 'jama's and tigerprint slippers on? : )

I only saw last night's programme but I was not sure how a 'Cleaner' could be followed by a film crew without someone getting suspicious. Despite being an old cynic it still made me cry!

I`ve said this from the first programme, every single person they meet rants on about money struggles etc plus I know if a stranger appeared where we lived and asked about the buisness etc they`d get sent packing. And that was a corker last night, just as she was handing the cheque over the old dear said "i`ll not take it if its alot" what did she do grabbed and held onto it like she was on a buckin bronko. And the ones on it last week ploughed all the money into a minibus. Oh and before I forget that old dear last night was asked what she`d done with the money and she said she`d spent it all, she settled some of her debts and bought a friggin cooker. It winds me up that much I can`t wait for next weeks comical episode ;);)
