It is sad that the producers of these show have to find actors to do this and have to show that they are completely enjoying the food. I've seen a couple of Nigella's shows where her kids spat things out of their mouths even though she said that the kids loved help make the food and that they eat it all the time!!!

I saw that one - the little boy spat out the veggie cakes that were a very icky green colour. Not one of her most tasty recipes!!
