I remember watching it once and the organ music started before he'd sat at the organ!

If someone is really playing the piano (or organ) they will show their hands playing the keys and their head in the same shot. If you only see the head then some hands on the keys then it's not really them playing.

It's all a 'mickey take'. Paul is not playing the organ, and neither did he attend the Birkenhead School of Music :)
