Who is the voice on the Yakult advert. It sounds a bit like Peter Sallis but would like to know for sure

I thought it sounded more like the chap who narrated the Clangers - Oliver Postgate?

And I thought it was more Like David Kossof. He died in 2005 though, and given his age, maybe he wasn't working then (I think the ads have been around for a year or so tho) so who knows. All I know is that every time I hear the ad, I am reminded of stuff he has done because he had such a distinctive voice. I cannot get the Peter Sallis possibility though.
